Christina is 62 years’ old and recently retired from Salford City Council after 17 years as a funding officer, to act as the main carer for her father, who is 91 years old and has Parkinson's Disease and prostate cancer.
The Work Company has achieved its first job success in Nottingham after starting a new contract there in July. 57 year old Davood Kazemianzangani had been unemployed for two and a half years after giving up his previous job due to a heart attack.
Kenneth specified that his dreams were to be singing in the West End. Although he was completing voluntary singing work, he needed to be in paid employment.
Debbie started with The Work Company in November 2014. She had not had a real work contract for over 6 years.

Joel was unable to read and write when he was referred to The Work Company. He had worked for most of his life in the McVities factory but unfortunately lost his job and served time in prison. When he was released from prison he signed onto JSA for a year and then was referred to Work Programme.
Kelly had come to The Work Company in Hull having been on the Work Programme for 18 months. Her experience with her previous Work Programme provider had not been successful and she had not had an interview for some time.
